After a brief closure, the BoHo Estate is back up and running again with ‘Minxie’ still at the helm. The club holds monthly meetings at a private residence about an hour and a half north of Adelaide (20 minutes from Gawler). There is a mixture of styles at Boho but the rooms are all well equipped. The house is set up for each party to include a naughty nook in the kitchen for saleable goods like lingerie, toys and accessories. Rooms are themed and you can find BDSM gear and furniture in the 50 Shades Retreat, an Ultra Violet Room and the calming Lana space. Outside is given a similar treatment and the garden has a seven seater spa, daybeds and swingers teepee. Since reopening, there has only been one event with tickets priced at $100 for couples/single men and $70 for single women. You can also pay for accommodation at an additional $55-$90. Once again, Inner Circle is a members only group that meet in the city for exclusive and upmarket social gatherings. The set-up is simple, pre-screened guests are invited to an evening of two halves; the first is usually a dinner or drinks at a luxurious location followed by an after party. The social aspect appeals to this elite group who are often young and attractive professionals. Running regular meetings for local members and guests, Kimmi hosts play parties at her home in Adelaide. The venue is set-up before an event and rooms are available for play as well as socialising. The mix of couples and singles who attend is really varied with ages between 20-55 represented as well as all kinds of shape size and background. This group hold an open night once a month on a Saturday though there are other private events they can arrange. The club has been running since 2014 and has built a good network of local swingers including couples and singles. Facilities are good and include a covered outdoor area, six play rooms which include the usual sex swings and furniture. Tickets must be pre-booked with the organisers and confirmed numbers are usually 70-90 people with a ratio of 2:1 (male to female). As a result, space for single men are limited.
