This is Copenhagen’s largest and most popular beach. The sand is not your stereotypical fine sand, it is rather coarse, and absolutely beautiful. It looks like tiny crystals and gems up close:The beach can be accessed via the metro by the Øresund station (north), Amager Strand station (middle and my personal favorite), and Femøren (south) stations. They have separate nudist areas, and platforms and arena-type steps to enjoy the sun for those who would rather not lie on the beach itself.
Ballehage beach is a beautiful beach with a sandy bottom and a large bathing jetty. To get there you can opt bike through Marselisborg Skov (Marselisborg Forest), or you can take the car, or you can take bus no. 19 to Moesgård Strand. Once you get there, you have to walk a short while through the forest and then down many stairs. Down at the beach you go to the right and after 200 meters, the naturists start to appear.
During the summer months, Bellevue Beach is a hotspot for local young people of nearby towns. One half’s strictly topless-optional, while the other welcomes fully nude revelers. The beach is fairly large and situated within a 5- minute walk from Dyrrehavn, the “Deer Park”, and Bakken, the world’s oldest amusement park.
Great flat beach with lost of dunes, in this optional-clothing beach everybody goes about as they please, be it naked, topless.
Brøndby beach offers beautiful sanddunes, nice water, best of all it is close to Copenhagen and there is a S-train station that will take you there.Once there from the main road down Strandporten to a big parking lot. Walk over a bridge, on Gyvelstien, and continue to the beach. Naturists go right and continue appr. 100 meters until you have passed the textiled people or until you find other naturists.
Situated in Copenhagen’s suburbs immediately next to the Charlottenlund Park, this beach sits beside an historic military fortress. It can be reached by way of the Charlottenlund S-train stop or the Bus 1A.
